2021 Personal Items List, Contributions and Charges

Students should have received there 2021 Personal Items List, School Charges and Contributions which were sent home via their classroom, please check your child's bag if you are yet to receive them. If these important notes have been misplaced, please find them attached.

2021 Personal Items List

If you are choosing 'School Pick-Up' option for your child's 2021 requirements these forms need to be completed and returned to school by Friday 4 December, online orders for school pick up option need to be completed by Sunday 6 December and both option will be available for collection from the undercover area on Wednesday 27 January from 10.45am - 11.45am.
Online orders choosing home delivery need to completed by Friday 18 December, to avoid increased delivery charges. By ordering online, you into the draw to win 1 of 20 $100 pre-paid Visa cards (only online orders placed by 18 December 2020 will be eligible for the prize draw).

These methods ensure there is a clear trail for all payments with lodgement receipts from your bank and payments may be processed in a time efficient manner. Additionally, QkR!
